We are looking forward to the shows, and seeing all our friends. We hope, that you would be able to attend
one or two of the Gem Shows. Ron and I used to open up the "Rock & Gem Magazine" find where the
"Rock and Gem Show" was that weekend. Off, we would go - Road Trip.

San Jose - Gem Stone Carving Class, November 2010
If you were not able to join us for the Gem Stone Carving Class in Gilroy the month of October - We have set up another date in November 19, 20 & 21st, 2010. The classes will be held at David Marshall's new place, in San Jose, CA. We will be able to give it the place the proper "House Warming".
Ron will be teaching various carving techniques.
Gemstone Carving Class Price is $200.00
Basic Student Kit price is $100.00(Plus Sales Tax), The Kit contains 7 each Lasco Diamond Tools. 3 grms of 5 grits of Diamond Paste (14,000-3000-1200-600-325). Also 3 each of 6 types of Silicon Wheels. 3 each of 4 types of Brushes. 3 each of 3 types of Felt Wheels, and 3 each of 3/32 Mandrels.
Total Price for the Class is $300.00 (Plus tax on kit)

Saturday, September 25th, 2010 at 1:00pm. Grace has arrange for several people to do demonstration, Ron with his Gem Stone Carving, Jelveh will be doing flamework demos, Jennifer Le will demo wire-wrapping and her husband will show lapidary techniques. Pat , an accomplished photographer - will answer questions about photographing jewelry for publishing on the Web. Plus she has asked me to demo, wax work, silver soldering,
casting, and information about gem Id.
There's a "POTLUCK! Bring Munchies - and join us for the fun!!!!!

Gem Stone Carving Class, in Gilroy, CA - October 29, 30, & 31, 2010
Coming this October 29, 30 & 31 in Gilroy @ Graceful Customs Studio's. Ron Martinez will be teaching a "Basic Gem Stone Carving". The student will be working with various types of Gem Stone Material.
